Had the same problem with my OLED55B7V.
The guys who collected it said they had collected the same TV on the previous job collection, the guy i spoke to at Currys said it was quite a common problem. - experienceUK

it is probably because of extensive cpu heat.
LG need to work on the cooling better or to separate electronics from the panel. this is 7 series. - markoz

I purchased an LG OLED Feb 2017.
Noticed the green/blue spots Dec 2018. Finally found this forum and contacted LG via Facebook Messenger Jan 2020 at the recommendation of another poster.- happyotter
