  • Cases and Reports: Visible to the public only if the parent Issue has been approved and published by moderators.
  • IssueSubmissions: Not public; used for internal assessment.
  • Drafts: Private and never displayed publicly.

5. Evidence Images

Evidence images are uploaded via our draft system. All submitted evidence is subject to moderation before becoming publicly visible. We reserve the right to hide or remove images for safety or policy reasons.

6. Data Retention

  • Drafts: Deleted automatically upon submission.
  • IssueSubmissions: Retained as audit records to maintain the integrity of the platform.
  • Moderation Log: An append-only log of moderation actions.
  • Soft-deleted Reports: Remain in the database to prevent data loss but are hidden from the user interface.

We use session cookies solely for authentication purposes. We do not use invasive tracking cookies or sell your personal data to third parties.
